Responsible for the protection of your personal data
Equipos y Productos Químicos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. (CLARVI), with address located at Alfonso Cano No. 516 Oriente, Fraccionamiento El Parque, Los Mochis, Sinaloa, C.P. 81259, is responsible for the treatment of your personal data in terms of the provisions of article 3º fraction XIV of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties
(LFPDPPP).
Purposes of processing and type of personal data collected
I. General data
The general personal data of our contractors obtained personally or directly, will be used for the following essential purposes: identification, evaluating if you meet the requirements to carry out the requested work, quotation of services, contracting, payment arrangements, generating your file, registering you in our systems, databases and directories, generating your access credential, contact during the development of the work and for future hiring, allowing you to enter and exit our facilities, updating your personal information and ensuring that you are responsible for any damage that may be caused by you or any of your workers, as well as to respond for your workers or your person in case of mishap or accident.
Use of images
The contractor’s image will be collected and used within the credentialing process to identify them as authorized external personnel of the company and allow them access to our facilities, it will be stored electronically for future replacements or updating of format or information.
The images collected by the surveillance cameras will be used exclusively to ensure the security of our employees, interns and visitors, as well as that of our equipment, systems and confidential information.
II. Sensitive Data
You will be asked to indicate your blood type, which will be used to provide you with first aid in case of an emergency. This information will be recorded on your credential so that you can receive adequate medical attention at all times.
III. Financial and equity data
a) Financial data for payment
In the event that payment for your services is made via bank transfer, we will ask you to provide us with the following financial information: bank account number and Standardized Banking Code (CLABE), in order to be able to make the corresponding payment for your services.
b) Tool Registration
When you enter our facilities you will be required to register in a form all your tools, in order to have certainty of the goods that do not correspond to the company, provide assistance in case of loss and maintain security within our facilities.
Your general, financial, patrimonial and sensitive personal data will in no case be used for marketing, advertising and/or commercial prospecting purposes.
Consent to the processing of sensitive, financial and proprietary data
In compliance with the provisions of articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, we inform you that in order to collect and process your sensitive, financial and patrimonial data in the terms indicated, it is necessary to have your express consent, so in the table at the end of this document we will ask you to indicate whether or not you accept the processing of such data, in the
understood that these data are essential for the contracting of your services by Equipos y Productos Químicos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V.
In which cases do we transmit your personal information?
Unless any of the assumptions contained in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, Equipos y Productos Químicos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. will not transmit under any circumstances your personal data.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent.
You will be able to request Equipos y Productos Químicos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V., the access, the rectification, the cancellation or to oppose to the use of the personal data that have been provided, as well as to revoke your consent. Your request will be handled by our Privacy Officer, Ing. Perla Karely Acosta Báez, through the e-mail address pacosta@clarvi.com, for which the following procedure must be followed:
- Send an e-mail to pacosta@clarvi.com, indicating your full name, the legal or commercial relationship you have or have had with CLARVI (if you are a contractor, visitor, etc.) and the type of right you wish to exercise.
- Fill out the ARCO request form, identifying precisely the data regarding which you request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or those regarding which you wish to revoke your consent, attaching any of the identification documents indicated in the form in order to prove your identity or the personality with which you make the request. Once this form has been completed, it should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the previous paragraph and any documents relevant to the application in question may be attached. For rectification requests, it is necessary for the holder to indicate precisely what the modification to be made is, attaching the documentation that justifies the origin of the request.
- Once we receive your application, we will send you an Acknowledgement of Receipt with the folio (file) number and the corresponding date of receipt. In the event that the request does not comply with the legal requirements, within five working days of receipt, the applicant will be required to correct the request within ten days, otherwise the request will be deemed not to have been filed.
- In case your request has been sent on a non-business day, it will be considered to have been received as of the next business day after it has been sent.
- Your request will be answered via e-mail within twenty working days from the date of acknowledgement of receipt. This term may be extended for an additional twenty days when there are justifying causes, this situation will be notified to the holder in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the Regulations of the LFPDPPP.
- In the event that your request is in accordance with the LFPDPPP and other current regulations, access will be granted, your data will be rectified or cancelled, your right of opposition will be enforced or your consent will be deemed revoked, within fifteen days following the date on which your request is answered. This term may be extended for an additional fifteen days when there are justifying causes, this situation shall be notified to the holder in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the RLFPDPPP.
In all the cases in which your request is appropriate, in terms of the provisions of articles 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the LFPDPPP, the delivery of the personal data will be free of charge through the e-mail address that the owner of the data indicates for such purposes, in case you require the information to be delivered in a different way, you must only cover the justified shipping costs and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that are generated.

To whom can you submit your complaints and denunciations about the improper processing of your personal data?
If you believe that your right to protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct or omission of our employees, or by our actions or responses, you presume that in the any conduct or omission of our employees, or by our actions or responses, you presume that in the processing of your personal data there is any violation of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file a complaint or complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), for more information visit www.inai.org.mx.
Changes in the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice will be effective as of the last update date and may be modified by the responsible in terms of the applicable regulations, any changes will be communicated through our website at www.clarvi.com.
