Return and Warranty Process

At CLARVI, we work to provide you with a fast and reliable service experience. Below, we share with you the return and warranty processes for our products. Rotoplas brand purchased directly from us.

Types of returns

1. Return for manufacturing defect (within the first 30 days)

  • Call: 800 506 3000
  • E-mail: servicioaclientes@rotoplas.com
  • Provides:
    • Invoice number
    • Product name
    • Quantity and reason for return
    • Complete address for collection
    • Name, e-mail and contact telephone number

The logistics team will collect the product within 15 days.
You will be assigned a folio number and receive an express credit note.

2. Return after 30 days

  • Applies when the product has not been sold and more than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • Call: 800 506 3000
  • E-mail: serviciotc@rotoplas.com
  • Provides:
    • Photograph of the defect or failure
    • Invoice number
    • Product name
    • Quantity and reason for return
    • Collection address
    • Name, e-mail and contact telephone number

A folio is generated and a technician will call you for diagnosis or visit.
The technician will define whether the warranty applies with 100%, 50% or no coverage.
The team will go through the product and the corresponding credit note will be generated.

3. Return in support of the end customer

  • Applies when the product has already been sold and the end customer has already completed the warranty process.
  • If the customer has not done so, ask them to call 800 506 3000.

Once the customer has his technical service folio:

  • Receive the damaged product.
  • Call 800 506 3000 and provide:
    • Customer Folio
    • Collection address
    • Name, e-mail and contact telephone number

You will be provided with collection information, folio and credit note.
Harvesting is carried out within a maximum period of 15 days.

Important considerations

  • The process only applies to Rotoplas products purchased with CLARVI.
  • It is essential to have the order or invoice number.
  • Returns are subject to validation by the service team.
  • Some products include accessories. These must be returned complete, as delivered.
  • Verify that the quantity and product match what is recorded on the folio before picking.
